Your blood is drawn at our Midtown Manhattan location or at a partner patient service center and processed by a CLIA- and CAP-certified clinical laboratory.

Step 3

Receive Results

How long does it take to get my results?

Results are typically available 3-5 business days after the lab receives your sample. You'll receive an email notification when your results and personalized gameplan are ready.

Do I need to fast before my blood draw?

Yes, please fast for at least 8 hours before your draw. Water and black coffee are permissible. Failure to fast may impact several of your results, including insulin, glucose, triglycerides, and more.

Where is my blood being sent?

Your sample is sent to one of our CLIA + CAP certified labs for analysis. After the lab is done, any remaining sample is disposed.

What is the efficacy of the given recommendations?

Nearly everyone who adhered to their recommendations and subsequently followed up with a blood panel after 3 months demonstrated improvement in their results. A key reason for this success is the simplicity and straightforwardness of the guidance given.

Can I talk to an actual human physician to review my results with me?

Yes. Once your results are ready, you can schedule a video consultation with a Dexaslim physician to walk through your biomarkers and what they mean for you.

Does my health insurance cover the Longevity Panel?

For price transparency reasons, Dexaslim does not accept insurance. However, if you have an HSA/FSA, you may be eligible for reimbursement. We recommend using your HSA/FSA card when purchasing anything at Dexaslim. If you don’t have one, we can generate an itemized receipt for you to submit.

How much does the longevity panel cost?

$399, one-time. Includes the blood draw, lab processing, a physician-reviewed report and the option to book a results consultation.

How long does the visit take?

The blood draw itself takes about 10 minutes. Results are available in 3–5 business days.

Do I need to fast?

Yes — fast for 10–12 hours before your draw (water is fine). Morning appointments are easiest. Continue taking prescribed medication unless your physician tells you otherwise.

What's measured?

50+ biomarkers across metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, hormones, liver and kidney function, thyroid and key vitamins. Your report flags values outside optimal ranges and explains what each means.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. The panel is a screening tool. Out-of-range results are explained in plain language and, where appropriate, we recommend follow-up with your physician. Dexaslim does not diagnose or treat disease.
