How it works
Complete your intake
Tell us about your health history, goals and past attempts so your physician understands your starting point.
Physician review
Dr. Mavroson reviews your intake, labs and DEXA baseline to determine eligibility and design your plan.
Ongoing care
Medication ships to your door and your plan is adjusted monthly as your body composition changes.
"Sustainable weight loss is medical, not willpower. With regular check-ins and DEXA data, we adjust your plan to what your body is actually doing — so the weight you lose is fat, and it stays off."
— Dr. Matthew Mavroson, DO
Frequently asked questions
Does the program include GLP-1 medication?
GLP-1 therapy is prescribed when clinically appropriate. Medication is billed separately; the membership covers your physician care and ongoing management.
How often will I hear from my physician?
You'll have a monthly check-in plus direct messaging with your care team whenever questions come up.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The program is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time.
Why DEXA?
Scales can't tell fat from muscle. DEXA shows exactly what's changing so we can protect lean mass while you lose fat.
