How it works
Complete your intake
Share your history, symptoms and goals so your physician can build a complete picture of your health.
Baseline labs & DEXA
Comprehensive labs and a DEXA scan establish your starting point across hormones, metabolism and body composition.
Your longevity plan
Dr. Mavroson reviews everything with you and sets a plan, then adjusts it as your data evolves.
"Good medicine starts with time and data. This program gives you both — a physician who knows your history, and the labs and scans to make decisions that compound over years, not just visits."
— Dr. Matthew Mavroson, DO
